Our church lives beyond the four walls. We’re grateful to partner with these incredible local ministries that are making a real difference in our community every day.

These Miracle Healing Services with Pastor Billy Burke are held throughout the year at various locations in the GTA.
Hundreds of people have received healing and hundreds have received Christ.

Disciple A City is a ministry program of Selwyn Outreach Centre in which our local staff team helps train and resource christians and churches to share the Gospel, reach the lost and make new disciples. Through city wide worship events, prayer burns/walking and evangelism training the Disciple A City program is providing the tools and culture for believers across Canada to fulfill the Great Commission.

Located on the church property, the “Little Treasures” shop offers gently used clothing, toys, and books for children that are adorable and affordable. Come enjoy a relaxed shopping experience.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S. — Humanitarian Aid Friends Reaching Individuals In Every Nation Doing Service, has a mission to be hands extended to those in need and provide support with a desire to create long-term business projects that will provide ongoing financial assistance.
Our local FRIENDS location in Peterborough helps thousands of people each year by encouraging them, connecting them with other local services, as well as completing their income tax returns. Through this assistance, approximately $2 million (their money) has been released to the street folks.

As a Mission Canada worker, Scott Couper has responded to God’s call to go. With 30 years of pastoral ministry in PAOC churches, Scott has stepped into a new season and calling as a “Street Level Advocate” in Peterborough’s city core, where a population of over 80,000 reports more than 300 homeless individuals (Peterborough Social Services, July 2021). Unemployment, food insecurity and inadequate housing are all serious issues which are often compounded by mental health challenges, addictive behaviours, loneliness, and lack of purpose in life.

Rising Above is a not-for-profit Christian organization whose mission is to support individuals who are struggling in cycles of defeat. We offer a 6-Month Residential Recovery program based on H.E.L.P.S – Housing, Employment Training, Life Skills Classes, Personal Development and Spiritual Formation – all designed to help individuals heal and in turn, become self-sufficient, contributing members of society.
